Gulfpoint is proud to partner with CBRE on the construction of a new Fifth-Third Bank in Fort Myers, FL. It doesn’t matter how long you’ve been in the industry, each time a new project gets underway you can’t help but feel the excitement and this particular job was no different. From understanding the flow of drive-thru traffic to focusing on the client-friendly spaces inside of the bank building; the idea was not only to build a structure but to fulfill all of the bank’s requirements before we could consider ourselves successful upon completion.
Our team monitored the job site 24/7 through a webcam service that also allowed viewing access to the project owners and out of state project team unable to travel due to current restrictions. In today’s ever-changing environment Gulfpoint excels at adapting and providing solutions that keep our owners in the loop and on track with their project’s progress.

FIFTH THIRD BANK | COLLEGE PARKWAY
We have just completed a 2400 square feet Ground Up branch for Fifth Third in Fort Myers, FL., where Gulfpoint Constructions was the General Contractor.
Not only Gulfpoint completed the project almost 2 months ahead of schedule during such difficult times because of COVID-19 but did an excellent job.
This is the first time that CBRE/Fifth Third has the opportunity to work with Gulfpoint, and I can assure you we are definitely looking forward to a long-lasting business relationship with this company. They have been very responsive, committed and diligent throughout the entire project, providing outstanding customer service, detailed weekly reporting, coordinating bank equipment installations with multiple vendors, and in particular going above and beyond their scope of work to make sure all tasks at hand were taking care of.
Gulfpoint is an example of how projects should be managed and executed, even in such difficult times.
